Designation: Territorial Manager (Pune Branch) Branch Manager & Operations Manager AC&R BG Dr. Deodhar has been leading the team from the fore-front and has now assumed role of mentor at NMDCE. Before he started the Design Consultancy Services, he had a prior experience in Design & Drawing, Procurement & Construction and Operation & Maintenance-Service departments of more than 17 years in various capacities from Design Engineer in the Air Conditioning and allied fields to Branch Manager of the diversified Engineering Company.
A successful track record in Project Management, exposure to Training, Total Quality Management, ISO-9001, Recruitment, Project Management, Personnel, Administration, Commercial & Accounting as a Branch Manager has made our Systems from Conceptualising to Planning, Designing and Detailing very efficient.
Dr. Deodhar is actively engaged in ISHRAE’s Technical Committee’s & was part of the ISHRAE team for developing position paper in IAQ and was instrumental in forming the 1st Indian Standard for Indoor Environmental Quality 10001: 2016 by ISHRAE.
His involvement was as follows:

Quality Drawings:
Drawing is the primary medium through which a Designer conveys his ideas and thoughts to the Architect, other Designers, Builder, Owner and various other agencies. Hence, it is absolutely necessary that the drawing that is sent out is complete in all respects and all relevant information is furnished explicitly and clearly on the drawing by way of illustration or text.
We ensure that our Drawings deliver the best. We prefer reworking on drawings, if at all necessary, rather than rework at site. Unless we are satisfied to this end, no drawing is released for execution.
Our Engineers have interacted with several Indian Architects and a few International Designers and have jointly developed the Utility Services scheme including space planning and detailed working drawings for projects that have been successfully executed.
The quality of our drawings reflects the fact that all of us have been actively involved in project execution, site work or hard-core maintenance operations.

ORGANISATION & RESUMES OF FOUNDER MEMBERS
Our Organisation is a private limited company and has a flat structure allowing a lot of interaction amongst Designers and allows sharing of data thru’ a common Design Data Server.
A separate Mail Server makes access of each individual easier and faster with a common mail account. Project Managers have access to Internet thru’ Broadband on their individual desktops and are accessible on Mobiles.
We do not follow a 9 to 5 schedule and our High Energy level necessitates our working well beyond normal working hours.
We are a compact team comprising 10 Engineers. A brief profile of a few is given below:
B.E. Mech. (Hons.), M-Tech – Environmental Engg, PhD – Energy and IEQ, LEED-AP USGBC, Energy Manager – Bureau of Energy Efficiency – Chief Designer with more than 30 years’ experience in various divisions like Air Conditioning Refrigeration, Material Handling, Accounts & Finance Commercial and Human Resources. Presently undertaking Consultancy assignments, Detailed Design and Estimate of Costs, Bill of Quantities for Tendering Complete Sizing and Specification for Tender.
B.E. (Mech.) with 28 years’+ total experience. 9 years’ of experience in Projects including Design, Procurement, Coordination with various Designers: Architects, Structural, Interior, Plumbing etc. 2 years’ of International exposure at Muscat and USA in product sales, project design, Planning & Execution and interaction with PMC. Experience: 17 years in handling Design Consultancy Assignments till completion for electro-mechanical coordination for Malls, Multiplex projects, large ITITES offices, Buildings for IT spaces- services V I S I O N ELECTRO MECHANICAL CONSULTANTS PVT.LTD. DME with PDRAC with more than 20 years’ of total experience. 4 years’ of site experience in handling remote and large sites as Resident Site Incharge – HVAC at Bajaj Autos’ Chakan facility and Sahara Lake City at Lonavala. Experience: 6 years of AutoCAD exposure with specialisation in converting Designs into Drawings, interacting at working level with various Designers, project management exposure in handling multiple projects, multitasking, making presentations, comparatives, tendering process, documentation etc. Handled more than 40 small and medium projects from conceptual phase thru’ coordinating site design review meetings, review of shop drawings till completion and hand over.
